Details: Pricing for comprehensive evaluations depends on the specific area of assessment needed (e.g., Speech, Language, Fluency, Cognition, etc.). Rates for therapy sessions scale according to the session duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes), the platform utilized, and the state you reside in.
Insurance & payment frequently asked questions
Do you take insurance?
At this time, we do not take insurance. We are a private pay only practice.
However, we provide options to help families navigate care independently:
- Superbills: We can provide a Superbill upon request. You pay for your sessions upfront, and we give you a detailed, coded document to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you accept HSA or FSA?
Yes! Because speech therapy is an eligible medical expense, you can typically use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds to pay for evaluations and therapy sessions.
